"Don't Trust: Mom Trapped, Hospital Gives Unclear Answers, No Help Given"

BE WARNED! It feels like they're keeping my mom trapped there. She's been stuck there for over a week. We don't get clear answers when we ask about the reason she's there, what procedures they've run, or when she's finally being let out. I can't figure out why they're not letting her leave. Are they taking advantage of her medical payments? Is making her upset giving them a thrill? We're trying to have her moved to a nursing home, but they aren't helping. I bet the person in charge is just going to pass off my complaint to someone else instead of fixing the issue himself. So, don't bother replying to me unless you're planning to actually fix this.
