"Frustrating Disappointment: Drug Treatment Center Fumbles Professionalism"

This place's lack of professionalism blows me away every time. People still doing drugs get treated better than those trying to stay clean. If you have any concerns, they get ignored and you're made to feel guilty for bringing them up. They said if I spent 180 days in treatment and had 6 clean drug screens, I'd get a week's worth of take-home doses. But after I did this, they changed the conditions to 8-12 months. Even if you arrive 45 minutes early, you still wait 30 minutes for your dose. The nurses take their sweet time calling patients and if someone doesn't show up fast enough, they're put on hold. No one seems to be in any rush. People hanging out in the lobby openly talk about doing, selling, or stealing drugs and no one does anything about it. Staff members have their favorites who they let cut the line. They lost my pee test and didn't even apologize. Not only that, they made me do another one and wait in line, which made me late for work. This is their mistake, not mine. It's crazy how clueless they are. The only reason I, or anyone else, go here is because the medication works great. If it didn't, this place would've closed down a long time ago. Other businesses wouldn't survive being this messy. Everyone there is on drugs, so at what point do they become legal drug dealers, especially when they're providing doses to people they know are still using? At this point, they're also responsible. Also, my counselor has been out for 2 weeks but I still have to come in three times a week. They promised I'd only have to come once a week but now all of a sudden it's changed. There's zero communication.
