"Unhelpful Staff at Sobriety Facility; Don't Waste Time Here"
You're more likely to stay sober in a bar than here. The staff are no help to families at all. I called one Monday at 4 in the afternoon, and there wasn't anyone available but the receptionist. Don't give your time or effort to this team or organization.
