If you're a person who is high-functioning but has mental struggles, this place isn't going to help you. Their check-in process is a mess. I had to return twice for the same appointment. They asked me to complete paperwork in one session, and then come back for a health review, but they made me do stuff that should've been done the first time. My caseworker was no help at all. Talking to her on the phone was confusing because it felt like she just rambled without getting to the point. All she did was put me on waiting lists for job assistance and other referrals. Imagine waiting for 5 months just to get help finding a job. I already found one by myself. The supervisor, never calls when I have problems. I needed help to keep my current place to live. I was promised help, but when I asked her she suddenly had no answers and said the office phones weren't working. This was not true because I called multiple times and someone always picked up. I felt like I was dealing with people who didn't understand simple facts or common sense. Then she would try to turn things around and accuse me of not complying. If you can't help me with any of my issues, why bother calling me about minor stuff? So yes, sometimes I didn't answer because she didn't get to the point. But when I had housing worries, she couldn't even make a call. I swear, the people at this agency are not quick on the uptake.
