"Avoid This Facility: Cramped, Dirty, and Insensitive Staff"

I spent two weeks there in November 2023, and it was a nightmare. Against my better judgment, I left against the medical advice they offered. The place was totally unimpressive. Looking back, I wish I hadn't signed up. A gentleman from another facility had talked this place up like it was top-notch. Once I arrived, I realized I should've stood my ground and asked for a better location. The place was dilapidated, needing serious repairs on the inside and out. Sadly, the classrooms and furniture were gross. They were dirty, smelled funny, and were about the furthest thing from inviting. The rooms weren't any better as they were pretty small. Their so-called "cafeteria" was a joke. It was small, with only two tables and five chairs! Way too small for 15 people. The grub they served was gross until the bitter end. They did ask for feedback on it but it didn't really improve. Oh, and don't even get me started on the lack of drinks. Getting to wherever we needed to go was terrible because the vans were always a mess. They didn't have any AC and were grimy as can be with nasty stained seats. They also had a terrible stench. Considering how much they were billing our insurance for, I couldn't believe the conditions. I only liked one therapist, who was genuinely awesome, but I didn't get to see her much. There was this older guy who was the exact opposite, always being mean and hurting my feelings when he was supposed to help me feel better. The staff? Most of them were terrible except for two. One of them genuinely cared, but the rest seemed indifferent. They whined about the job and us a lot. I strongly advise nobody to go here. Please do your homework first and don't buy into their sales pitch.
