I've been using New Horizons' outpatient services for three years and I have to admit, their management is completely clueless and dishonest. The office staff is made up of the laziest and meanest folks around here, and their bosses don't seem to care to fix the constant issues with their system. The people actually providing the services have been fantastic, but trying to get a hold of someone in the office is like trying to pull out a tooth. If you have a different choice, steer clear of New Horizons. They're like a trash can on fire and their owners need to be checked out. They've threatened my health a lot due to their stupidity, which is almost like they're doing their job terribly on purpose.
