"Nightmare Experience With Healthcare: Incompetence And Disregard For Patient Safety"

First, I need to tell you what went down yesterday. I went in to pick up the rest of my medicine for the month - I'm supposed to get 90 pills of my anti-anxiety meds, and last time they only gave me 30. When I called the medication supervisor, she told me I had to see the doctor first. The problem? I had to see a new doctor, same as the last three times I've been there. This new doctor told me that I'd already received 120 pills and wouldn't give me any more, but that just wasn't right. Normally, I receive 90 Clozapam pills a month without any problem. All the confusion started when the new doctors took over. Before then, I had no trouble getting the right amount of medication from my old doctor. They messed up my prescription two months ago too, and she had to send 30 more pills to cover the 60-day supply they'd given me. The same thing happened the month before. Yesterday, even though I was out of my benzodiazepine medication, the lady said she was cutting me off. I told her I couldn't just drop this medication cold turkey because I could possibly die. I have epilepsy, so stopping these meds could cause seizures. She didn't care and ended up only giving me 30 pills. Afterwards, I called the pharmacy and they said she discontinued my medication. I returned to the doctor's office and finally got her to send over my meds. I'm really worried about withdrawal because I was previously on 90 pills a month, and she's suddenly dropped me to 30. My old doctor, planned to taper my medication slowly but she didn't consider that. I'm considering contacting the Medical Board about her. Also, I tried reaching out to HR, but they were useless. They just sent me back to the same people I had a problem with. The management just gives you the runaround and won't deal with issues. This is the worst place for psychiatric care. The staff just doesn't care and I think they're just here for a paycheck. I've decided to leave and find a new doctor.
