If I could give negative stars, I totally would. Seriously, nurses, pay attention to your patients instead of your coffees and cellphones! Be ready to wait forever if you come here, because they sure aren't in any hurry. And if you're looking for pointless visits and lousy nursing, then this is your place. Update: It's been years and nothing's changed. I've been sitting here since 5 am, waiting for my dose. I should be up to phase 6 by now, but my counselor can't seem to manage it - even though I've been clean for years. I've got to get to work by 8, and it's already 7:15. Work is 45 minutes away, so, you do the math. This is unacceptable. Your terrible service is the reason your success rate is so low. Some people would rather just go back to using than put up with your terrible treatment. You're definitely not working as hard as you claim. In fact, things here have only gotten worse. Honestly, if I could get behind that counter, I'd do a way better job than any of you are doing. So what happens when I lose my job because of your delays? Will you help me when I’m homeless with my kids? Clearly, my time isn't as valuable as yours. Yeah, right.
