""Rude Reception at Local ER Disappoints Upset Parent""

Sorry to say, I took my son to the ER early one morning and the receptionist was really rude. She seemed miffed that we interrupted her personal phone call. It's disappointing that I, as a local, have to write such a negative review about our town hospital. Completely unprofessional!
