"Unreliable Company Fails to Provide Urgently Needed Medication"

This place is a real letdown. They never answer their phone or return calls. One of my relatives needed them urgently for her medication, and they totally let her down. She had been trying to reach them for almost a week with no luck. Eventually, she got so stressed out that she almost ended up in the hospital because of a severe panic attack. Thankfully, her mom had some back-up meds that saved the day. It's really sad that her mom had to step in to solve a problem that this company should've been dealing with in the first place. I'd warned her long ago to find another, more reliable company. Especially since she has a complicated health situation. Not only did she have a stroke, but she also has twins with special needs. So, she needs a professional team that really knows what they're doing to support her. This company is not that kind of place at all, especially if you're dealing with mental health issues. They're so bad, in fact, that they really need to be shut down.
