"Years of Rudeness and Difficulty Dealt from This Place"

I've visited here for more than 4 years and every time, they bug me and make things hard each month. They deliberately make getting care tough. Even though I stick to the rules for years, they continue causing me issues. Weekly visits fill me with a sense of dread - the boss and entire crew are totally unpleasant and just not nice.
