"A Review: A Horrible Treatment Facility Lacking Understanding of PTSD"

When I stayed there, I was only allowed to call home once a week. I needed more than that since I had to discuss court matters with my family. They put me in the same apartment with a scary person who constantly threatened to hurt me. This guy also had a habit of screaming in his sleep, keeping me up-night, frightened. Despite my pleas, they only moved me to a different apartment after several weeks. Even my upstairs neighbors, who were also part of the program, came across rat droppings on their freshly washed dishes more than once. The treatment program didn't work for me at all. No one really cared about my PTSD condition. In fact, both staff and other residents made fun of me during my panic episodes. Before coming here, I had spent a month in jail. Between the two, jail was a better place. That should tell you something. Honestly, these folks here have no idea what they're doing. I'm so glad that I'm finally out of this place.
