"Horribly Disorganised, Unprofessional Center with Terrible Communication Skills"

This place is a total disaster. My boyfriend or girlfriend can't stop going, but honestly, it's the messiest and most unprofessional place I've ever known. The whole place caught Covid and they just kicked out their patients with zero places to go. Even though the patients got sick at the center, they didn't do anything to help them. They didn't even let the families in on the recovery process or update them on their loved one's condition. The staff are impolite and clueless. I tried to get a hold of a counselor there. The person I spoke with was completely lost and didn't know who I wanted to talk to. Then they said she wasn't around but would take a message. But when I gave the message, they said they'd tell her right away. So was she there or not? They're terrible at keeping families informed. Plus, they don't have enough staff. I would tell everyone to stay away!
