"Terrible Treatment Center: No Stars, Small Rooms, and Unnecessary Bills"
This place gets a no-star rating from me. I say check out other places before choosing this one. The moment I got there, the staff were all nice and smiling. They showed me around, but the first things they made me do were strip search me and asked for a urine sample. Then, I found out most of the other patients were there because they had to be, from what I could tell, it seemed like they were just trying to avoid jail. My roommate was a tall guy, and the room was so small, it would’ve been too small even for a couple of kids. Plus, he told me all the patients had to do daily chores, like sweeping and mopping. When I decided to leave after just 90 minutes, the staff tried to convince me to stay. They even said they could keep my stuff for three days. But when I mentioned getting my lawyer involved, they gave me my bags and told me to go. The funny part was, they wouldn’t even let me use their phone. I had to find my own way home from miles away. That’s when I found The Retreat Rehab. Now that's a place I'd recommend! A year after leaving that first place, I got a bill for over a thousand dollars for the drug test they did after I left. Did they do that on purpose? I'm not sure, but they turned mean real fast when I decided to leave. Best of luck with finding the right place for recovery.
