"Avoid Serenity Detox Treatment, Staff Sells Drugs to Clients"
Serenity Detox in Jensen Beach, Florida is the worst place ever! They need to be shut down right away. They're selling drugs and alcohol to their clients for less money to make them do the dirty work, like cleaning up and doing what the staff should be doing. Instead of helping their clients recover and rebuild their lives, they're making it worse. I got fired because I saw this happening and reported it. I saw staff members selling drugs and alcohol to clients, and even doing drugs with them. If you ever end up here, call the police right away! Seriously, stay away from Serenity Detox! Their address is 3670 NE Indian River Dr. They don't even have real nurses or therapists. They're making you pay for things you're not even getting. It's so not worth it!
