"Overpriced Treatment Center Uses Untrained Staff and Deceptive Practices"

This place is terrible and employs shady practices. They trick you into spending a lot of money for awful care of family members. I'll mention more when I can. They give jobs to 'therapists' who don't deserve them because they aren't certified and don't have any know-how in mind health or addiction areas. 34 patients should have more than just 5 therapists. Kerri, Allison & Hillary - they're really touchy, and they don't all say the same things. They don't give you a heads up about their 'blackout period'. Maybe because they think it will hurt their sales. Only after we had a family member in treatment there for 30 days did they tell us about this blackout period. Then, after more than 70 days, they said it lasts the entire treatment. Three people in detox even overdosed while in this program. They also don't allow you any private talks with your family member. They employ social workers who don't get paid much and bill you over 1K per day. So, why aren't there any psychologists, considering the high fees? I'm talking about folks who won't cheat, intimidate, and make patients feel awful. I'm definitely going to complain about this place to the state and board. They exploit families who are at their wits' end, charge over 100K, and then totally separate you from your family member without telling you first, so you won't know the real scoop on what's going on there.
