"Terrible Customer Service Experience with Dean"

My daughter had several calls about getting an Uber they arranged. The problem was, the Uber was set to pick her up on the side of the road nowhere near our house, even though we're smack dab in the middle of a neighborhood. Dean even had the nerve to suggest she should contact Uber and change the address herself, which you can't even do if it's booked from another account. When she asked about their online reviews he just brushed her off, saying even Disneyland gets bad reviews. Eventually, her therapist told her not to bother if they didn't provide something called DBT therapy. So, she called one more time and this time told her to beat it, even swearing at her. If their attitude towards possible clients is this awful, I can't even imagine what their services are like. It's just disgusting! And you know what? He was right about one thing - there are plenty of other places we can go.
