"Avoid this place! Miscommunication nearly causes customer legal trouble."

This place is awful! They inaccurately rescheduled my appointment due to a worker's illness, telling me to come in between 11:30 and 4:30, when they actually close at 1pm. This nearly landed me in serious trouble with the court because of the lady's poor communication. She didn't seem to value my time or situation. In the end, I had to go somewhere else to resolve things. Don't choose this place if you don't want to risk getting in trouble for something you didn't do! I have written proofs from my phone company showing that she told me 11:30 to 4:30. But she still argued, insisting I was mistaken and even accused my phone service of being wrong. It's a terribly run business!
