"Unbearable Experience; Please Ignore Positive Reviews, They're False"
This place is awful. Joe Di Maggio Children's Hospital suggested it, and since they're so well-known, I trusted their advice. Now, I wish I hadn't let my 14-year-old son stay there for 34 days. This place is absolutely bad. There's hardly any communication and therapy is practically non-existent. Kids just wander around haphazardly. My son even started smoking there, picking up old cigarette butts from the roadside to roll up and smoke in toilet paper. The facility and its staff need improvement. Thankfully, I found a better place in Lantana for teens, run by a highly qualified psychiatrist who's helped him enormously. Don't believe the positive reviews here. They're not true.
