These folks really don't seem to care. I attempted to use their telehealth service, but they didn't send me the needed info to join the call. Additionally, when I phoned to acquire this information, I was hung up on after a 20-minute wait. I tried to reschedule the next day, but they marked me as a no-show. Honestly, it feels like they don't want to help or even work. This is a dismal display of government-funded mental healthcare. Your tax money is simply flowing down the drain here. If they've ever saved a life, it was probably unintentional. I highly suggest checking out David Lawrence in Naples for assistance. And if you truly care about someone, steer clear of this place.
