""Terrible Service: Unprofessional Receptionist Forgets Appointments, Never Returns Calls""

I really wanted to leave a better review, but I can't say much because I never got past the front desk. A few months back, I tried to make an appointment at this place. The person at the front desk gave me a date and time, so I showed up as told. When I got there, though, the doors were locked and no one was around. I called back and the lady said sorry, she'd forgotten to write my appointment down. That wasn't so bad, so I tried to make another appointment. I was on the call with her for half an hour while she kept saying sorry, tried to give me some advice over the phone, and then said a prayer for me. She said she'd call back with my new appointment, but she never did. I tried again a couple of weeks later to get an appointment. The same lady picked up. After being kind of rude, she told me that I hadn't shown up for my last appointment. But she'd never even set up a new appointment with me! She ended the call saying that one of the psychologists would call to make an appointment. I haven't heard from them since. Don't bother with this place.
