"Disastrous Customer Service and Neglected Appointments Drive Patients Away"

My son had a 2 p.m. online appointment. We were logged on a bit early. But then, at both 2:40 p.m. and 3:17 p.m., we received a text that the provider was caught up with another patient and would be with us soon. I can't believe it! Just yesterday, a 3 p.m. appointment we had arranged for today got postponed because the provider had other plans. They moved it to today at 2 p.m. Now it’s 3:43 p.m. and we still haven't received any assistance. I'm seriously contemplating shifting my son’s healthcare to a better place. This place is a total disaster. Their customer service is non-existent. And, if you're thinking about calling them, don't bother. I've been on hold for over 15 minutes now and no one has answered.
