" "Terrible clinic with Unprofessional staff and Inadequate Services""

This place is completely terrible! The front desk person is super rude and unhelpful on the phone. My therapist seems totally lost on everything that's happening. I had to leave town due to a family crisis and needed temporary treatment set up. But because of my therapist's mistake in not sending the right paperwork, I ended up waiting in the lobby for over four hours only to be left without my medication for 3 days. The following week, same issues. The front desk person kept sending my calls to voicemail, making it impossible to get help. After 3 long hours, the clinic finally got the correct paperwork. I wouldn't suggest this place to even my worst enemy, and I can't wait to change places. They don't seem to care about their patients' health, safety, and general wellbeing. They have the most unprofessional staff I've ever met. There's also no public bathroom for kids and they don't let them use the only other bathroom in the building. This place is a complete disgrace to recovery and anyone wanting to improve their lives!
