"Unprofessional Care Facility Provides Terrible Treatment, Provides Unreliable Services"

This place is terrible! Whether you're staying for a while or just stopping by, your treatment is awful. The staff members are no good, everyone is totally unprofessional, and the few who aren't are super unfriendly. They're kidding themselves if they think they're actually helping anyone here. It's more like a place for homeless people. I have a disability and was treated so badly that I hope no other disabled individual would ever think about coming here. They wouldn't give me my wheelchair, they wouldn't let me lift up my leg, they made me walk around all the time - they acted like my health problem wasn't a big deal and I nearly lost my life because they wouldn't take me to the emergency room. I was seriously sick by the time I took myself to the hospital. Their medical unit needs to be closed down. They also pick and choose who they want to apply rules to. And if you're on probation or dealing with a family court case, definitely do not pick this place! I've had drug tests report positive results when I know I haven't used anything, and was called a liar. Luckily, nothing bad came from it but don't risk your freedom or child custody situation thinking this place is a safe choice! They're not honest and this place deserves 0/5 stars. Even just coming here to pick up my medicine gives me flashbacks. If anyone from Gateway is reading this, you and your rude, bottom-tier staff totally stink! I hope everyone learns the truth about your fake "rehab".
