""Long Waits, Generic Care, and Unwanted Appointments Problems at Clinic""

The wait time here is really terrible. If you're just 2 minutes late, they put you on a waiting list. They seem to have a basic medicine pack for everyone, like you're just a number not a person. I heard someone else say that they scheduled her appointment for 15 minutes before her doctor went to lunch, so she always ends up waiting until he's back. I feel like they just have you come in for lab results, even if nothing's wrong, to get more money from Medicaid and insurance. It makes people nervous because they're scared of being forced into mental health care if they argue. This isn't the right way to treat people, especially those with mental health problems. Might be a good idea if someone unbiased comes to check on things before someone gets really upset. That's just what I think.
