"Diseases Swarm, No Aid or Order in Deplorable Facility"

This place is the worst I've ever seen, with no help at all. Nobody seems to be doing what they're supposed to be doing here. The counselors pass the buck, not taking responsibility. The people who take care of the kitchen just come in off the street, so the dishes aren't even cleaned properly. It's swarming with diseases such as HIV, AIDS, and coronavirus – plus other harmful bacteria causing sepsis. This place needs to be closed down right away. Meetings are led by people still living in their addiction, praising that lifestyle. Drugs are always around, and there's no help for finding jobs, schooling, or housing. It's way too crowded, and the favoritism and racist attitudes are so obvious.
