"Administrative Negligence: Clinic Lacks Patient Care and Responsibility"

This clinic doesn't seem to care about its patients. Making an appointment and even just getting the doctor to come to it is a struggle. They also disregard if you've run out of medication. The best they can promise is an appointment a week later, even when you've tried three different times and the doctor missed the scheduled appointment. Even the way the front office staff talks on the phone gives you the feeling they resent their work.
