"Court Vendor's Incompetent Staff Affects System Effectiveness"
I've heard terrible stuff about this place. They've got an extremely unprofessional staff. They're clueless about handling certain residential patients and make up unbelievable tales. It's a shame that the court has them on board. This is why the system is broken.
