"False Hours Ruin Saturday Drop-off Attempt, Wastes Precious Time"

I needed to drop off a test I completed at my house. The online posted hours said they're open till 12:30 on Saturdays. I arrived before noon and couldn't use the elevator. Someone had switched it off. My test is time-sensitive, so now I'll probably need a new one. This situation was super annoying because I'm always busy and I don't live close by. I had to set aside time on my Saturday to bring this here. As two employees were leaving, they just said they were closed. When I mentioned the 12:30 online closing time, they gave no apologies, just said they were closed. They weren't helpful at all. This isn't the first place I've seen with wrong hours posted. Please fix your hours to be accurate!
