"Frustrated Patient: Care Resources’ Non-Responsive and Tedious System"
I’m so done with Care Resources. Trying to change or get any information from them is like trying to pull teeth. They handed me 3 referrals, but none of them were any good. When I tried to make changes, the lady gave me her email. I messaged her every day for 2 weeks and got nothing back. It got so bad, I had to actually go down there to talk to her because my appointment was coming up. Turns out, she had my emails all along and could have helped me. Trying to get new referrals for a doc I already see was awful. I think these folks mean well but they’re so swamped, they can’t give the care they promised. Then I had to talk to someone about this crazy lab bill I got, and I waited days for a call back. Nothing. I left messages and still, nothing. Finally, I sent an email to everyone and their mother, and at last, got some help. The place is pretty nice and I really like my doctor, but doing anything with their front office has been a total nightmare! I spend so much time trying to get things done – it feels like chasing my tail.

CARE Resource
We provide individual, couples, group and family therapy. Services are provided to those who do not have insurance on a sliding fee scale (which means we discount our fees based upon your income) and some client services are supported by grant funding and may be free of charge.
