"Nightmarish Experience at Worst Doctor's Office Ever"

This doctor's office is the worst. The doctors and office helpers are just plain mean. It doesn't seem like anyone there wants to actually help. If you want to see a doctor, you have to book an appointment one or two months ahead. And good luck finding a parking spot! Six months ago, I went there and they never sent out any referrals to bone doctors or surgeons for me, which really messed up my healing. These people are awful. I had a 4:00 appointment today. I called and let them know I would be a little late and they said it was fine. But when I got there at 4:05, they said the doctor was already gone. They only offered to let me make a new appointment over a month later! And when I try to tell the doctors what's wrong with me, they cut me off and sigh, like I'm annoying them. This place is terrible. Don't trust these people with your health. It's the worst medical place you can think of.
