"Inefficient System and Unresponsive Staff Make This Place a Sham."

This place isn't genuine at all. They never respect the appointments we schedule. It takes forever being on hold to even get a hold of them. All the while, you're stuck listening to the same pre-recorded message over and over. The email addresses they provide for contact are useless - they never respond. I'm starting to question if there are any real workers at this place.
