"Lousy Care and Long Waits at Veteran's Hospital Highlighted"

My husband busted his left ankle, but the folks at this place didn't seem to care at all about his suffering. They actually let him sit in the emergency room for a whole four hours, just waiting! When I asked when he could see a doctor, they got mad. Seriously? This kind of treatment is just not okay. They make plenty of money, they could surely afford to provide better service. But the real kicker is, every veteran is stuck going here because they'd have to pay at any other hospital. It's truly unbelievable.
