"Phone-Line Support Not Too Helpful, But Treatment Still Works"

It's decent if you're really determined and have supportive people around you. But it's pretty strange that the backup phone can ring you up late at night without any real reason or care, yet they don't contact you in the day if you have questions about treatment or worry about slipping back. They call this 'not urgent' and then say they're cutting off communication with you for this reason. They need to be more understanding and offer personalized help. Remember, not everyone is the same.
