"Frustration Mounts: Unable to Reach Facility or Transfer Services"

I've tried calling this place, but no one ever picks up and their voicemail's always packed. I'm trying to get some help and can't find any at this place or anywhere else. Even when I dial their toll-free number, I can't get through. I really need help. I'm attempting to shift my services, but I can't get a straight answer. I hope no one else has to deal with this chaos.
