"Worst Booking Experience – No Recommendation, Look Elsewhere!"

I wish I could give no stars, but Yelp's lowest rating is one. This place might be the most chaotic I've ever seen. I waited for over a month and a half for an appointment with a therapist. Then, their staff called to cancel because supposedly another person booked an appointment at the same second as me. When I questioned how possible it was because we manually booked an appointment with their staff, their lame excuse blamed it on the computer. They informed me that it would take almost a month more to schedule another appointment. Even then, they suggested that I should call to check for any cancellations. If this is how they manage something as basic as appointments, can you trust them with your issues? I wouldn't recommend them at all. Look elsewhere!
