"Displeased with Unfair Treatment and Misinformation at Health Center"

These folks are really unfair. They see me twice a month and once I went in around 1:00pm. I even used my Engage app to check in at 1pm sharp, but they refused to treat me. Then, they tried to justify it by claiming I checked in at 1:03pm, while my phone clearly showed the correct time. They didn't even apologize. They told me I need to return on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and that I'd get my carry-home treatments on Monday. This info came from Christian, the black guy working there.
