Residential addiction treatment is appropriate for persons who have sub-acute biomedical problems or behavioral, emotional, or cognitive problems that are severe enough to require inpatient-treatment, but do not need the full resources of an acute care, general hospital, or a medically managed inpatient treatment. The emphasis is clearly on an intensive regimen of clinical services using a multidisciplinary team approach. Services may include some medical services based on the individual needs of the client. Clients benefit from a variety of psycho-educational and process groups, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma work and gender issues. Because of the holistic approach that is the cornerstone of our program, we incorporate massage therapy, acupuncture, meditation work, yoga, and music therapy, all provided on our drug rehab grounds.
