""Poor Service and Communication at Mental Health Center""

For being a mental health center, no one ever answers when I call. I always have to leave a message and cross my fingers that someone will call me back. Getting my first appointment set up took a month, and when I finally went in for my scheduled appointment at 1pm, I got asked to come back two and a half hours later because everyone was busy. I rescheduled it for the next week. Then on Monday, I had to change my appointment to the next day because something came up with my family. Nobody called me back until after I'd left three messages. When I tried to call back, I got sent to voicemail again. Now, it's the day of my appointment, I've called to cancel, and I still haven't talked to anybody. This was a really bad experience, especially since it's my first time seeking mental health help. I feel really let down.
