I've been going to Operation Par for some time now and since I'm relocating, I feel comfortable sharing my experience, free from fear of pushback. Dr. Benson from the Spring Hill office is the meanest person I have ever come across. He doesn't treat his patients with kindness or respect. I've been unjustly accused of being untruthful multiple times by him and spent countless hours waiting for his tardy arrival. His tactic is to have his patients arrive hours ahead of him, completely inconsiderate of their time. I once waited from 7 to 11 just to be seen. My job was nearly jeopardized due to these prolonged waiting periods because, in his view, it seems his time is the only one that matters. Ironically, he recently faced a DUI charge which I hope offered him a taste of what it's like to make an error. I've wanted to report this man's behavior since I first began seeking service at Operation Par on Cass Circle, but refrained because I depend on my prescribed medication and didn't want any unnecessary drama with a physician who, to top it off, is rude and disrespectful and doesn't even comprehend basic patient interaction.
