"Confused and Frustrated with Pricing and Communication in Rehab Center"
My husband went to this place in 2018. I connected with them speedily to get him in. They agreed on a certain price before he began his stay. At that point, they were also having another company do the detox. This was news to me and I got charged more than what both places initially agreed upon. I can't give many details about my husband's experience cause he didn't really want to go to rehab, but I remember feeling upset at their poor communication. I had to keep calling the reception over and over for days to finally get his therapist to call me back so I could hear the planned treatment. It didn't feel like he got the kind of one-on-one therapy time that they had promised. When I went to visit him, they said we'd have a family therapy session, but it didn't happen. And, when bringing him back after a visit from home, they didn't even give him a drug test, which they were supposed to do.
